  • ABCD - Above and Beyond the Call of Duty (ABCD) gives patients, families and other staff members the opportunity to recognize an employee’s achievements.
  • Fanning the Flame – An annual three-day off-site retreat for nurses with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Wall of Recognition - When a nurse wins recognition or achieves certification, their achievements are placed on this wall for all to see.
  • Anniversary Celebration - The hospital recognizes employees at each five-year anniversary with receptions, dinners and certificates.
